Welcome to HoneyBook!

HoneyBook is the database where we communicate with all of our clients. We have already been communicating with you here to book your event! We request that you remain using HoneyBook moving forward in order to keep all communication in one place and kindly ask that you refrain from using personal email addresses when looking to contact your event lead. Staying within the HoneyBook portal is a wonderful way to keep track of all files that are sent back and forth between you and your vendors. As a helpful tip, you don’t have to open HoneyBook every time you’d like to connect with us! Simply reply to the HoneyBook email within your inbox and it will populate within HoneyBook as well! Feel free to let us know if you’re having any issues with accessing your project and we will do our best to assist you.

A message from HoneyBook will look like the following image within your inbox. You may reply directly to this message or you may click on “go to your portal” to respond within your HoneyBook account. Either way, we will receive your reply. If you haven’t heard from us within 48 hours, be sure to also check your junk mail for HoneyBook messages!

PRO TIP - As you book your vendor team, upload your vendor contracts and proposals to your HoneyBook portal so that your event lead stays updated throughout your planning process!

Your Rickhouse Rental

The standard event rental at The Rickhouse is composed of four hours of vendor access and setup, five hours for the event (including guest arrival), and one hour of breakdown and clean up. For an additional fee, time may be added to your rental for vendor access and/or the event itself. Please contact your event lead via your HoneyBook portal to explore these options. Please note that additional fees will occur in the event breakdown and cleanup extends past the designated breakdown/clean up hour.
